OA runs training and inference on one portable compute core—Rust and compiled kernels that execute across the silicon and operating systems we support, without rewriting the product per vendor. Conventional build, test, and libraries only where they earn the slot. We own the execution contract, measure what ships on real hardware mixes, and ship artifacts that are not a hostage to someone else's runtime agenda.
